Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website at cleanser.ai (the "Site"), operated by Cleanser.ai ("Cleanser.ai," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you use the Site for an organization, you agree on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Our services are covered by a separate agreement

The Site describes Cleanser.ai's data cleansing, enrichment and consolidation services. Those services, including the free data-health audit, are provided only under a written agreement or order signed by you or your organization and Cleanser.ai. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls. Nothing on the Site is an offer that can be accepted to form a contract.

Estimates, examples and pricing on the Site

Figures on the Site, including cost comparisons, savings, the AI-cost calculator, throughput, accuracy and record counts, are estimates based on internal modeling or illustrative examples unless the Site says they were measured. Diagrams, sample records and entities are illustrative. Actual results depend on your data, configuration and chosen models, and model prices change over time.

Prices shown are list prices for reference. Your price is the one stated in your signed order. We may change the Site, its content and listed prices at any time.

Acceptable use

You may use the Site to learn about Cleanser.ai and to contact us. You agree not to:

• break the law or anyone's rights through the Site, or send content that is unlawful, misleading or harmful;
• send personal or confidential data through the contact form beyond what is needed for your inquiry; please do not send record samples until we have agreed how to handle them;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site, or bypass security or access controls;
• interfere with the Site, overload it, or introduce malware;
• scrape, harvest or bulk-copy content, or use automated means to access the Site except for search engine indexing that follows our robots.txt;
• copy, frame or resell the Site or its content, or use it to build a competing product;
• impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, animations, logos, the Cleanser.ai name and marks, and the underlying code, belong to Cleanser.ai or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your own business evaluation. All other rights are reserved. Other companies' names and marks mentioned on the Site belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products; their use does not imply endorsement.

Your submissions and feedback

You keep ownership of information you send us. You give us permission to use it to reply to you and as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send ideas or feedback about our products, we may use them without obligation to you.

Third-party sites

The Site may link to third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, CLEANSER.AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, CLEANSER.AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. This section does not limit liability under a signed services agreement, which has its own terms.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Cleanser.ai against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you and Cleanser.ai consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version here and changing the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the Site.
